Reflections on Drinking

Crystal Stafford, Glenorchy, New Zealand, Trey Ratcliff

Or not drinking ever again.

New Zealand is a land of epic landscapes painted by long slow sunsets and sunrises. This is a photo I took during one such sunrise on my Trey Ratcliff workshop in Queenstown. We woke VERY early one morning after staying up VERY late with Trey drinking wine and listening to Burning Man sets on his tiny portable speaker. I think this might have been the morning Trey gave me the title Crystal Mess. But that wasn’t fair because it was HIS fault! Somehow, I managed to shake off the cobwebs and capture this beautiful reflection in Glenorchy.
